Recently I was pointed in the direction of a great photo essay and article on a company that is putting out great products. Topo Designs out in Colorado is putting out US made products for the outdoors and adventures everywhere.
Colorado Makers is the site that featured the photos and did a great job capturing the employees and products in process. It's neat to get a behind the scenes look at how they make their bags and create their product.
Beyond just Topo Designs, they feature a local furniture and apothecary company as well. The photography is outstanding and seeing how they're creating everything shows why buying from the US is such a great idea.
